The Historical Market at Sacrewell is to be held 2 weeks after the May Bank Holiday, at Sacrewell Farm & Country Centre. The Centre is situated just east of the A1 / A47 junction near Wansford, Peterborough, it is clearly signposted with Brown Tourist signs.
The period the Market covers has been extended by 100 years, from the Roman to 1700.
As well a the outside Traders there is now a larger inside trading area.
Entrance Fees -
We would like to point out that all the gate money for The Historical Market goes to Sacrewell Farm.
Sacrewell is a working farm administered by the William Scott Abbott
Trust, a charitable organisation devoted to agricultural improvement,
education and research. It is not council owned so must raise all it's monies from public domain.
